Commitment for Life – Lent Appeal

Every year during Lent Trinity holds a collection for Commitment for Life.

Commitment for Life (CforL) is the United Reformed Church’s global justice programme working in partnership with Christian Aid and Global Justice Now! for the most vulnerable people in the world.

United Reformed churches donate to CforL towards its work in three global regions – Bangladesh, Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory, and Zimbabwe.  Commitment for Life offers resources to facilitate prayer, advocacy and action.

Churches choose which area they wish to receive further information. Trinity decided some time ago to receive information about Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory.

If you would like to donate, please do so during Lent if possible by using the red Donate button on this website.  Alternatively, donation envelopes will be available at church on Sunday 20 March.
