The Festival opened on Friday, with 43 beautifully decorated trees on display. Trees have been sponsored by many local organisations and businesses (Parkside Hospital, Sinclairs Jewellers, Really Helpful Club and Dee’s Day Nursery to name just a few), by many of our premises hirers (such as Monkey Music, Caterpillar Music, Stagecoach and Mini-Engineers), and by many Trinity organisations, families and individuals.
On Saturday evening the church was packed to overflowing for our Festival Show, arranged and led by Andrew Davies. A fantastic show for everyone, with songs and music by local schools, and by Matt Phillips, the St Raphael’s Hospice Choir, with our own Supersonic and church band.
Don’t miss seeing the church looking stunning with so many wonderful trees, and the amazing creativity on display. Come along on Sunday to see the trees, and stay for “Carols Among the Trees” at 4.30pm.
