Merton SingFest 2018
SingFest, a new Merton choral festival, was launched to great acclaim in October 2017, with a collaboration between Wimbledon Choral Society, the Merton Music Foundation (MMF) and Wimbledon’s new professional chamber choir, Sonoro. This year’s festival will be between 13-17 October 2018.The festival brings the community together in celebration of Merton’s rich and varied choral talent. The principal objective of the SingFest is to showcase singing across the borough, emphasising that there are singing groups for all levels and interests.
Trinity will be singing songs from Rutter, Lloyd Webber and The Greatest Showman at the afternoon concert at 3pm on Saturday 13 October at St John’s Church, Spencer Hill, SW19 4NZ. Please help us get Trinity noticed in the community! Upper voices don’t need to read music and you only need to pop along to one of the rehearsals on Fridays at 8pm in the Mansel Road Centre on 5 or 12 October. If you know someone who loves singing, please invite them to join us.
