Church urges government to protect aid budget
The Moderators of the General Assembly of the United Reformed Church have written to the Chancellor of the Exchequer in response to reports this week that the government is preparing to cut the international aid budget.

At URC’s Mission Council on 20/21 November an emergency resolution was tabled concerning the potential cut to the UK’s International aid budget. All churches and church members are urged to lobby their MPs concerning this. Please act now.
