Clothes for Afghan refugees

Care4Calais is among charities collecting used and new clothes to assist Afghan refugee families now.  In Merton, you can drop-off items this Sunday 5 September between 1:00 and 4:00pm at a warehouse next to Savacentre in Colliers Wood.   The following specific needs are

• Winter coats for adults & children – small, medium & large
• Trainers & walking boots – Euro sizes 37 to 45, UK sizes 4 to 11
• Ladies’ flat boots – Euro sizes 37 to 41, UK sizes 4 to 9

Used, clean items in wearable condition are very welcome.

The drop-off point is the Eddie Catz play centre, 42 Station Road, Colliers Wood, SW19 2LP, accessed via a narrow street.  Further details from Seema@Care4Calais.org.
