‘I never realised it would be so beautiful’

This is the reaction of everyone as they come into Trinity during the Christmas Tree Festival! Anyone can go to a pantomine.  But we’ve got something unique and very special happening at Trinity.  So don’t miss it!

Today we had a quite amazing variety of entertainment – in addition to the fabulous trees of course!  A choir from Wimbledon High (Junior) School sang beautiful Christmas carols and music for us; the Baked Bean Theatre Company, who regularly hire our premises, were full of exuberance and happiness as they gave us a variety of musical numbers. They were followed by a wonderful concert by Miriam Grant and Judith Flint, performed on piano, viola and violin – the perfect relaxation for a Friday afternoon!  And finally, an hour of Christmas music by the superb Barnes Sax Quartet – a real treat!

And so to our third Festival day – the Big Saturday!
HandbellsThe big event of the day is at 18:00 when two teams of hand bell ringers (the Nonsuch Ringers & Hat Band Ringers) will give us a very special concert.   This group is generously giving their time to us, so please do support them. Children and adults of all ages will enjoy this event.  It will be a perfect event to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Earlier in the day, some of our Trinity musicians will be performing.

At 10:30   ‘Soft Rock (Roger Jones and friends)
At 14:30   We have ‘Just Soh’ (Miriam and the hospice choir).
At 16:00   Eddie Henning and Merton Brass will entertain us.

So come along to all of these events at Trinity’s Festival.
