Songs of Praise on Sunday

The Daily Devotions from the URC are going to be featured on the BBC Programme Songs of Praise on Sunday 24 June.  The programme looks at the Power of Prayer and features the Devotions as an example of how technology is helping people develop a discipline of daily prayer.

The programme will include an interview with the Rev’d Dr Susan Durber who both writes and uses the Devotions as part of her own spiritual discipline.  Andy Braunston, Coordinator of the Daily Devotions from the URC Project, is also interviewed.

Various football matches are being screened on BBC1 which means the Songs of Praise episode will be shown on BBC2 starting at 1:55pm.  Remember you can watch it on iPlayer too.
